The server is open to all players for general roleplay. However, certain roles — such as Police, EMS, Gang Leader, and Business Owner — require an approved application before you can access them. Check the relevant pages on this site to apply.

No prior FiveM experience is required. However, we do expect all players to understand and follow our server rules before connecting. New players are welcome — just come ready to roleplay seriously and respect others in the city.

You must be 18 or older to apply for any whitelisted role (Police, EMS, Gang, Business, or Staff). For general server access there is no enforced age minimum, but maturity and proper roleplay behavior are expected from all players at all times.

Lumina RP runs 1,000+ custom clothing items, 100+ custom scripts, a full skill tree system, custom drug labs, gang territory mechanics, missions, and staff-run city events. Everything is built to reward active, quality roleplay — not just time spent online. The city is alive, and your choices actually shape it.

RDM (Random Deathmatch) is attacking or killing another player without a valid in-character reason or proper RP escalation. VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) is using a vehicle as a weapon without RP justification. Both are serious violations and can result in a ban. Always escalate through roleplay before any violent action.

Metagaming is using information your character wouldn't realistically know — for example, acting on something you saw in a stream, heard in a Discord call, or read in OOC chat. Your character can only know what they've been told or experienced in-game. Metagaming breaks immersion for everyone and is a bannable offense.

Powergaming is forcing outcomes on other players without giving them a fair chance to respond — for example, performing actions that would be physically impossible, or ignoring someone's reaction to your roleplay. Good RP is collaborative. Give others the opportunity to respond and shape the story with you.

Depending on the severity, consequences range from a verbal warning to a temporary or permanent ban. First-time minor offenses typically result in a warning. Serious violations like cheating or exploiting result in a permanent ban. You can find the full punishment guide on our Rules page. All bans can be appealed through Discord.

Yes — and it makes for some of the best RP on the server. You can own a business, hold a legal front, and still operate in the underground. Just understand that actions have consequences. If your name gets out as a criminal, expect police attention, tax hikes from the government, or your business becoming a target. Play smart.

Most applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Dynasty and senior whitelisted roles may take longer due to the selective nature of the process. You'll hear back via Discord DM from a staff member. Make sure your DMs are open and you're in the Lumina Discord.

You can submit multiple applications, but certain roles may conflict with each other. For example, an active gang member may not be eligible for a Police role simultaneously. Staff will discuss any conflicts during the review process. When in doubt, ask in Discord before applying.

Yes. If your application is denied, staff will typically explain why. Take the feedback seriously, improve where needed, and reapply after a reasonable waiting period. Low-effort applications that are resubmitted without any changes will be denied again.

Dynasty roles are high-impact, story-driven positions in the city — think city leadership, real estate power players, or figures who shape long-term server storylines. Yes, Lumina RP runs 24/7. Scheduled maintenance or restarts will be announced in the Discord server ahead of time. If the server is unexpectedly down, check the Discord for updates before submitting a support ticket.

Open a support ticket in the Discord server. Describe your issue clearly — include your in-game name, what happened, and any steps you've already tried. Do not DM staff directly for technical issues as tickets ensure the right person sees your request.

No. Donations through our Tebex store go directly toward server costs, development, and improvements. Lumina RP is built on the principle that your progress is earned through roleplay, not purchased. Every contribution is appreciated but never required to play or advance in the city.

All ban appeals must be submitted through the official Discord server using the proper appeal channel. Be honest, be respectful, and explain your situation clearly. Appeals are reviewed by senior staff and decisions are final unless new information comes to light.
