Moderator

The backbone of the server. Moderators enforce rules, handle in-game reports, keep the RP environment clean, and make sure every player has a fair experience in the city.

Active daily or near-daily

Support

Ticket Support

Handle player support tickets on Discord — bugs, questions, disputes, and onboarding help. The first point of contact for new and existing players who need assistance.

Responsive and patient communicator
Comfortable in Discord daily
Good knowledge of server systems
Friendly and professional tone
18+ required

Events

Event Coordinator

Plan, organize, and run in-game events that bring the city to life. From heist scenarios and gang wars to city-wide story events — you'll be the creative force behind the action.

Creative and detail-oriented
Experience with RP or event planning
Available on weekends preferred
Strong communication skills

Development

Developer / Builder

Help build and improve Lumina RP from the ground up. Lua scripting, FiveM resource development, map building, or UI work — all skills are welcome. Passion matters more than a resume.

Experience with Lua or FiveM resources
Self-motivated and reliable
Collaborative team player
Portfolio or examples preferred

What We Expect

Activity

We don't need you on 24/7 — but we do need you to show up consistently. If life gets busy, communicate. Going ghost without notice will result in removal from the team.

Maturity

You'll deal with frustrated players, disputes, and edge cases. Stay calm, stay fair, and never let personal feelings influence decisions made on behalf of the server.

Integrity

Staff positions come with access and trust. Abuse of either — whether for personal gain, favoritism, or rule-bending — will result in immediate removal.

Passion

We're not paying you — so the only reason to be here is because you genuinely want to help build something great. That drive is what makes good staff.
